My philosophy of care:
As an athletic trainer practicing in a non-traditional environment my philosophy of care has evolved to encompass the well-being of my patients throughout the lifetime. When practicing I not only look at what is the current problem, but also correct movement patterns and muscle imbalances that may lead to future injuries, aches and pains. It’s not about making drastic changes all at once, but taking baby steps that will lead us to our goal!

Work Experience:
As a student athletic trainer at the University of MN Duluth, I had the opportunity to work with Division I and II athletes. Within my professional career I have experience In both a clinical and outreach athletic trainer. As an outreach athletic trainer I provided coverage to 2 high schools, along with developing performance enhancement programming for multiple local high schools in the La Crosse, WI area. Currently, I am serving as the PM&R Clinical Coordinator, and Certified Athletic Trainer for Superior Performance Clinic.
